There are many steps that are taken before, during and after an investigation.  The following is our investigative procedure…

CUSTOMER CONTACT – client contacts SPP (Southern Plains Paranormal) with information regarding their unexplained activity.  SPP contacts client and sets up an interview.

INTERVIEW – SPP goes over with the client regarding their experiences in detail and SPP sets up a tour of the facility.

TOUR OF FACILITY – SPP and its investigation team come to the establishment meet the client and do a thorough walk through of the premises and will set up an investigation date.

INVESTIGATION – Investigations are made with the convenience of the client and SPP.  All investigations are done preferably with the client present.  Investigations last anywhere from 5-8 hours and usually taken during the evening hours.  Cameras and audio equipment are placed through out the area of the activity.  Investigators conduct walkthroughs in teams of two or more with individual equipment.

THE WRAP UP – Equipment is broken down and evidence is taken back to SPP to be reviewed and analyzed. 

THE EVIDENCE REVIEW – This is the most time consuming process of the investigation.  Reviews can take anywhere from days to weeks to complete.  So please be patient.  All footage and all audio will be thoroughly examined.  Once examined, we will present the findings to the client.
